I lead a team to develop a comprehensive public relations campaign for Libertine Brewing Company, a craft brewery in downtown San Luis Obispo navigating community controversy surrounding noise complaints and local media attention. I helped craft three proactive strategies focused on community outreach, transparent neighbor communication and cultural brand positioning.
The campaign included a structured 6-month timeline, measurable KPIs and a detailed evaluation plan grounded in realistic, operationally sound tactics. This project strengthened my ability to think strategically under real-world constraints, balance stakeholder interests and build a cohesive communications plan from the ground up.
